1. Main problems and annoyances you encounter when using ActionApps

2. Features suggested for future development versions of ActionApps
Making the expiry date a non-mandatory field, so that one can create a fixed entry which is ideal for incremental repositories and
entries that do not expire, or use an archiving date instead and rather than having the "expired" folder perhaps an archived folder.
Colleagues I worked with explained to me that APC-AA is primarily for news syndication as such entries should have expiry date, but then I think it defeats the advantage or uniqueness I saw in APC-AA compared to other CMS applications I know, that is being able to define customized data sets/slice. I thought that this feature will be good for resource centers who simply wants to keep a database of all their resources in soft form and provide an integrated search mechanism for these resources.
'Used APC-AA 2.4 as a resource storage/search engine for local NGO's website, CMA @ http://www.pinoy-abroad.net co-developed with WomensHub. My main concern/issue in this site is the expiration of entries on resources like education, research, law/policy, although we set entries to expire in a five-year period still the DB administrator who might take over maintenance might wonder where did the entries go to after the expiry date of entries.
