Alerts - User list - all
It should be possible to see a list of all users subscribed to collections owned by a particular administrator. This list should show each user only once, even if they are subscribed to multiple collections owned by the administrator in question. The total number of users should appear at the top of the list. A button to download a delimited version of the list should appear at the bottom. A button labeled 'send e-mail to all users' should also appear on this page. This should open a blank form window that is used to send a 'random' message. (see above)
