Alerts - User list - collection
Each collection admin page should have a list of subscribed users. This list should include name, organization and e-mail for each user. The total number of users subscribed to the collection should appear at the top of the list. A button to download a delimited version of the list should appear at the bottom. A button labeled 'send e-mail to all users' should also appear on this page. This should open a blank form window that is used to send a 'random' message (see above).
