We are moving to use phpDoc, the manual for this is at
http://phpdoc.org/docs/HTMLframesConverter/default/phpDocumentor/tutorial_phpDocumentor.howto.pkg.html, its pretty comprehensive, and there is a need for a brief version that shows how we use it - any volunteers!
