Requirements for ActionApps Unix Hosting
- Strongly prefer Apache
- Ability to create crontab (but this only needs to be done once, so could
be done by the hoster).
- PHP version 4.3+, safe mode turned off, with
mail function enabled
- At least one MySQL 3.2x database
- SSIs local to virutal server account
- Shell access (mostly for updating from CVS)
Optional:
- HTACCESS (used for Reader Management permissions)
- Mailman mailing lists with list creation/deletion control (not necessary,
but AA Reader Management has some options for admining Mailman list
subscriptions.
- SSIs to other virtual server accounts (if you want to share an APC-AA
install between different virtual server accounts)
- MysqlAuth (Apache Module) if you want to use Reader Management persmissions
